Professional Background: Senior psychologist, expert in trauma and resilience, consultant, and developer of resilience-building interventions for large communities in international organizations following disasters and trauma. She founded and directed the resilience unit at MATIB.

She has authored books and articles on resilience, created resilience booklets for schoolchildren, and wrote a storybook for young children on the subject.
